4 points It’s October so I’ll just be over here riding the pumpkin train with this Microwave Pumpkin Pie Bowl until I can’t anymore (AKA when I run out and it’s out of season lol) This recipe is packed with protein and is so scrumptious!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup Walmart SF
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Canned
- 1/3 cup Kodiak Mix
- 1/2 cup premier Protein Shake
- 2/3 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix everything except the yogurt and the syrup. You just need enough protein shake to make it a batter consistency.
- Microwave for 1.5min
- Top with Greek yogurt, syrup and a little cinnamon because it’s pretty!
