Ingredients
- 1/2Ā cupĀ pure pumpkin
- 1/2Ā cupĀ 0% fat greek yogurt
- 1Ā TablespoonĀ organic maple syrup
- Spices of your choice! I added a shake of cinnamonĀ a shake of nutmeg and a shake of ground ginger!
Instructions
- Blend in a high speed mixer until nice and smooth!
- Recipe makes 2 half cup servings – 2 points for each serving! You could add 1 point worth of granola on top for a total of 3 points! It was really good!
