2 points I had to share this Blueberry lemon glazed protein mug cake. This has been my breakfast or sweet treat for awhile now. It’s a base for a mug cake and you can dress it up anyway you like. If you stick to 0 point sweeteners, it is 2 points. And it’s super filling
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 individual cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1 serving of protein powder of choice depending on the powder if it’s 1-2 scoops
- fresh blue berries
- Made a glaze with lemon juice and swerve powdered sugar.
Instructions
- Mix well and add to a lightly greased or buttered mug. Microwave for 2-1/2-3 mins until center is done.
- Do not over cook or it will get rubbery.
- Add glaze of lemon juice and swerved powdered sugar.
