Two weight watchers point brownies

2 points  Recipe makes 18 brownies ! Here’s a simple three-ingredient recipe for brownies that are approximately 2 Weight Watchers points per serving, depending on the portion size and specific brands you use:

Ingredients

  • 1 box about 15 oz sugar-free brownie mix (like Pillsbury or similar low-calorie brand)
  • 1 can 15 oz pure pumpkin puree (unsweetened, not pumpkin pie mix)
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce optional for a slightly lighter texture, but you can leave this out if sticking to three ingredients.

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and pumpkin puree (and applesauce, if using). Mix until fully combined. The batter will be thick.
  3. 3.Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  5. Allow to cool before slicing into 18 equal pieces.
