Million Dollar Spaghetti Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 12 oz whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 lb 99% fat-free ground turkey
  • 24 oz no-sugar-added marinara sauce
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  6. Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  7. Spread half of the cooked spaghetti in the baking dish.
  8. Evenly spread the cheese mixture over the spaghetti.
  9. Layer the remaining spaghetti on top.
  10. Pour the turkey sauce mixture over the spaghetti.
  11. Sprinkle the reduced-fat cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  12. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  13. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
