Million Dollar Spaghetti Ingredients

Ingredients
- 12 oz whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 lb 99% fat-free ground turkey
- 24 oz no-sugar-added marinara sauce
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- Cooking spray
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread half of the cooked spaghetti in the baking dish.
- Evenly spread the cheese mixture over the spaghetti.
- Layer the remaining spaghetti on top.
- Pour the turkey sauce mixture over the spaghetti.
- Sprinkle the reduced-fat cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
