Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken breast (0 Points)
- 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns, thawed (about 3 Points per serving)
- 1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Topping
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1 tbsp light butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, hash browns, soup, Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Mix crushed cornflakes with melted light butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until hot and golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
