- 4 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or light butter spread)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt

🔪 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 390°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and optional flavorings.
- Add in the almond flour, baking powder, and coconut oil. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into 4 lightly greased muffin molds or silicone cups.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
