INGREDIENT
- Skimmed cow’s milk – 1 cup
- Lavash – one piece
- Bulb onions – two pieces
- Rice flour – one tbl.sp
- Champignon – 500 g
- Chicken mince – 500 g
- Hard cheese – 50 g
PREPARING RULES:
Fry mushrooms (mushrooms can be replaced with tomatoes or add more tomatoes) with onions, add salt and pepper to the minced meat (not too much),
into a baking dish and lay out in layers:
– lavash
– ground meat
– pita
– mushrooms
– lavash, etc.
Prepare milk sauce:
1 tbsp. Stir a spoonful of flour into milk, add salt.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat, the sauce should thicken.
Pour this mixture over the lasagna, sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes. until golden brown.
