Weight Watchers Raspberry Bread Pudding With Custard

Made an absolutely delicious raspberry bread pudding with custard. It has only 3 Weight Watchers points for a large serving and offers so much flavor it’s ridiculous. Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups Fairlife Fat-free Ultra- Filtered Milk
  • 4 slices Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame sprouted grain bread
  • 2 cups Unsweetened frozen raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener With Erythritol
  • 1/4 packet sugar free vanilla pudding (we like this selection from Walmartbecause it’s only about $1.50 per box)

Instructions

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes

Tear bread and place in 9″ by 9″ Pyrex or other glass baking dish.

Top with 1 1/2 cup raspberries.

Make custard. Blend eggs, milk, and 1/2 cup raspberries and monkfruit sweetener and 1/4 pack pudding.

Pour over bread and fruit.
