Weight Watchers Healthier Peanut Butter Cups

It’s THAT time of year. And these Healthier peanut butter cups will satisfy that Candy candy candy craving.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 full scoops chocolate protein powder (I happen to love this vegan and organic Orgain powder)
  • Approx 3 cups
  • 1/2 cup Lily’s sf milk choc baking chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix together, starting with just 2 cups PB2, adding enough to make a dough you can form into balls.
  2. I used Med sized scoop and got 44 balls.
    Put them on a parchment lined cookie sheet and freeze until firm–couple hours
  3. Melt about 1/2 cup Lily’s sf milk choc baking chips with a drizzle of evoo until melted and smooth.
  4. Drizzle some over each ball. Before the choc sets I like to add a couple “grains” of coarse salt.
