Ingredients

  • 4 ounces plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon xylitol or your sweetener of choice, I like Truvia

Instructions

  • Stir together the yogurt, cocoa powder and your sweetener of choice until well blended.
