Add some confectionary sugar, fruit and fat free redi whip. It’s main ingredient is Greek yogurt cake. Recipe makes 8 slices and each is two weight watchers points per serving
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 5 TBSP Tapioca flour or 5 TBSP corn starch
- confectionary sugar
Instructions
- Pre heat oven at 350
- Mix yogurt and eggs until silky smooth
- Mix in Tapioca or corn starch until smooth.
- Grease 8 or 9 inch spring form pan
- Place parchment paper in pan and form in
- Pour in mixture
- Bake for an hour
- Let rest room temperature for 30 minutes
- Refrigerator for two hours
