Strawberry & banana ice cream



1 medium, peeled and frozen


5 g

Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoons, level

Whipping Cream

75 ml


  1. In a food processor, whizz the banana, strawberries, vanilla extract and whipping cream. Pour into a 1-litre freezer-proof container. Freeze for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer, whizz again, then return to the container and freeze. Remove from the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving with extra fruit.
