Ingredients
- 4 lean boneless pork chops, trimmed of fat
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 packet onion soup mix (preferably low sodium)
Instructions
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the pork chops.
- Pour the apple juice over everything.
- Cover and cook:
- Low for 6–7 hours, or
- High for 3–4 hours.
- Serve the pork chops with some of the sauce from the slow cooker.
WW Points (approximate)
- About 3–4 points per pork chop, depending on size and how lean the meat is.
Tip:
For even lower points, use extra-lean center-cut pork chops and add sliced apples for extra flavor without increasing the points much. 🍏🍖
