Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Apple Pork Chops 

Ingredients

  • 4 lean boneless pork chops, trimmed of fat
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 packet onion soup mix (preferably low sodium)

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the pork chops.
  3. Pour the apple juice over everything.
  4. Cover and cook:
    • Low for 6–7 hours, or
    • High for 3–4 hours.
  5. Serve the pork chops with some of the sauce from the slow cooker.

WW Points (approximate)

  • About 3–4 points per pork chop, depending on size and how lean the meat is.

Tip:

For even lower points, use extra-lean center-cut pork chops and add sliced apples for extra flavor without increasing the points much. 🍏🍖
