Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and cayenne pepper until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into thin ropes or pipe it through a cookie press.
