Three Ingredient Oatmeal muffins

These Three Ingredient Oatmeal 
 muffins are so good and at zero 
 weight watchers points each they are the perfect anytime snack

These muffins don’t need added sugar to taste great thanks to bananas .

They’re hearty and slightly chewy (similar to baked oatmeal).

Oatmeal gives these moist muffins a satisfying, chewy texture. Enjoy them for breakfast or as a mid-afternoon energy boost.

All you have to do is mix everything in a bowl and then spoon the batter into muffin cups.

That’s why it takes less than a half an hour to get these delicious muffins onto the table.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F and lightly spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place the oats, bananas, and eggs in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and thick.
  4. Pour the batter evenly into 8–10 muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the tops are set and lightly golden.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.

  • About 0 points per muffin (depending on plan, because oats are used in small portions).
