Skinny Protein Packed Lasagna

This Skinny Protein Packed Lasagna recipe was so good the flavors were all there and this was only 1 points for a huge serving (1/6 of the pan).

This meatless lasagna is a satisfying meal. Make it on days when you have time to cook, then freeze servings in single-size portions so you have ready-to-go meals on nights when you’re rush or simply don’t feel like cooking. There’s no need to cook the noodles before you assemble the lasagna.


  • 15 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 8 ounce can Tomato sauce
  • Seasonings to taste (garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper)
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz grated fat-free mozzarella
  • 6 egglife wraps in place of noodles
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, crushed tomatoes garlic powder, Italian seasoning and egg
  • Spread 1/2 cup of tomato sauce on the bottom of a 9- x 13-inch casserole pan
  • Arrange a layer of egg life wraps over the sauce and spread half the cheese mixture over the wraps
  • Pour 1 cup of tomato sauce over the cheese mixture
  • Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of egg life wraps topped with the mozzarella cheese
