Delicious snack alert. Until this, I couldn’t stand cottage cheese that was sweet. BUT thinking of it like cheesecake helped my mental block.
So filling and like a healthy ambrosia salad! Could also add chopped apples, pineapple, I’m now hooked on sweet cottage cheese combos! I’m guessing there is a “real recipe” that is similar out there, but this is just a combo that I threw together.

I used 1 non fat cup cottage cheese, one packet of Stevia (that was the game changer and I mixed it will the cottage cheese FIRST), one banana sliced, one cup of Del Monte no sugar added mandarin oranges, 1 tsp chopped pecans and 3 tablespoons non fat whipped cream.
