I’m having pumpkin cheesecake for breakfast!
Preheat oven to 375 F
I combined all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl:
1 can of pumpkin, 4 dannon light + fit non fat greek yogurts (I used the toasted coconut), 3 eggs, and some cinnamon!
Then I put them into a round cake pan and baked in the oven for aprx 75 minutes! I always check the cheesecake with a toothpick.
I cooled on the counter for 1 hour and then cooled in the fridge overnight
I get 8 slices of cheesecake for 1WW point each from this recipe!
I topped with favorite day pumpkin whipped topping for 1WW point!
