who needs needs pasta when you have zoodles?? Noodles made of zucchini for the win! Not only is this healthy but if you follow weight watchers this is only one point!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of zucchini zoodles
- 1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil
- dash of salt and some cracked pepper.

- Sautee about 3 minutes and top with 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
