2 weight watchers points per pizza. recipe makes 8 pizzas I added banana peppers to mine. First time making them and I doubled the recipe to have for today’s lunch and tomorrow’s. Next time I will probably put the dough among 12 muffins instead of 8 muffin pan deep dish pizzas
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 4 Tbsp. marinara sauce with 70 calories or less per 2-cup serving
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 4 dashes Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Spra 4 cups of a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray.
- To make the dough, mix flour with yogurt in a large bowl. Evenly form it into
- 8 balls, and place each one in a sprayed cup of the muffin pan. Press it into the bottom and sides, forming a bowl shape. Bake until lightly golden brown and cooked through, about 7 minutes. (Dough will puff up.)
- Top with marinara, cheese, and Italian seasoning. Bake until cheese has melted, about 3 minutes.
