pan-fried tofu with brussel sprouts

Ingredients

  • Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp
  • Trader Joe’s Island soyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
  • Brown basmati rice
  • 1/8 cup s (dry)
  • Asparagus
  • 1 cup s
  • Mushrooms
  • 1 cup s (sliced)
  • Cooked Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup s
  • Firm tofu
  • 3 oz

Instructions

  1. I roasted the brussels sprouts before pan-frying the seasoned tofu, mushrooms, red onions, garlic, and asparagus.
