Two points on WW
Ingredients
- ½ Box pillsbury Sugar Free Cake Mix
- ¾ c Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 21 gm @lilys_sweets Chocolate Chips
- 4 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp Water
- Oil Spray
- Frosting
- 1 ½ c Fat Free Whipped Topping
- Mint Extract to taste (I probably added 5 tsp because ya girl LOVES mint)
- Food Coloring Optional
- Sprinkles Optional – not included in points
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° and spray cupcake molds with oil spray (note, avoid paper cups – use either silicone or just the pan iself)
- – In a bowl mix together all cupcake ingredients until evenly blended
- – Divide evenly into 14 cupcake molds and put in the oven for ~30 minutes
- – While your cupcakes bake, mix together all frosting ingredients (except sprinkles) until evenly blended;
- – Once cupcakes cool, frost your cupcakes and enjoy!
- Tip: For frosting, easiest method is to pipe – just put ingredients in a sandwich bag and cut off the tip of one of the corners!
