This Blueberry Peach Crisp with Ice Cream Two points per serving
Instructions
- 4 Tbsp of Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. of Smart Balance Light Butter Spread
- 60 grams of fresh blueberries
- 2 Single Serve Cups of Del Monte No Sugar Added diced peaches. Drained. You can use frozen (thawed) or any brand that has peaches in naturally sweetened water, not syrup.
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix brown sugar and butter, then add oats mix well until oats are combined with butter/sugar.
- Coat 4 Ramekins with cooking spray. Add 15 grams of fresh blueberries and 35 grams of drained peaches to each. Top each with 1 1/2 tsps. of oat mixture, it’s sticky use your fingers to drop pieces around the top of the fruit.
- Bake 15-20 minutes.
- Saved the best for last : Add 1 tsp. or 4 grams of your favorite light ice cream for no extra points.
