This Blueberry Peach Crisp with Ice Cream Two points per serving

Instructions

  1. 4 Tbsp of Old Fashioned Oats
  2. 2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
  3. 1 Tbsp. of Smart Balance Light Butter Spread
  4. 60 grams of fresh blueberries
  5. 2 Single Serve Cups of Del Monte No Sugar Added diced peaches. Drained. You can use frozen (thawed) or any brand that has peaches in naturally sweetened water, not syrup.
  6. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix brown sugar and butter, then add oats mix well until oats are combined with butter/sugar.
  7. Coat 4 Ramekins with cooking spray. Add 15 grams of fresh blueberries and 35 grams of drained peaches to each. Top each with 1 1/2 tsps. of oat mixture, it’s sticky use your fingers to drop pieces around the top of the fruit.
  8. Bake 15-20 minutes.
  9. Saved the best for last : Add 1 tsp. or 4 grams of your favorite light ice cream for no extra points.
