These are like enjoying a frozen dessert with the added benefit of protein. store them in the freezer for  quick grab and go dessert. 

You can also switch up the flavors with different puddings and protein drinks!

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate protein shake preferred
  • 2 ounces instant chocolate puddingsugar free
  • 8 ounces cool whip sugar free
  • 2 tbs PB fit peanut butter powder
  • Optional lilys chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix protein shake with pudding mix and peanut butter powder, add the cool whip and and divide the final mixture into six glass cups. Refrigerate or freeze for a few hours-you can add a few chocolate chips to the top of each one
