Apple Cobbler For Two -Four points each on all Weight Watchers Plans!

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup of Self Rising Flour
  • 1/8 cup of 2% Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of regular white Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Smart Balance Light Butter Spread
  • 30 grams of small diced unpeeled Fuji Apple
  • Whisk flour and sugar together add Milk whisk until well combined.

Instructions

  1. Butter 2 Ramekins by heating in microwave, ½ tsp in each until melted. Spread around coating sides and bottom.
  2. Pour 1/8 cup of batter into each Ramekin then top with 15 grams of apple each. Add a few sprinkles of cinnamon over top of each.
  3. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown
