🍋 Lemon Berry Ricotta Clouds ☁️
**What u need:
- 1/3 cup Whole Milk Ricotta cheese (get the full fat one, trust me)
- 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Powdered keto sweetener (i used Swerve confectioners)
- 1 tbsp fresh Lemon juice + a little zest if ur feeling fancy
- 1/4 cup fresh Blueberries
**How to make it:
1️⃣ Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until it holds stiff peaks. use a hand mixer or just arm muscle lol 💪
2️⃣ In a separate small bowl, stir the ricotta, sweetener, and lemon juice until smooth.
3️⃣ Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mix. do it slow so it stays fluffy!
4️⃣ Divide into 2 bowls and top with the blueberries.
**Quick Tips:
- Make sure your ricotta isn’t “part skim” or the carb count goes up.
- Eat it right away or stick it in the fridge for 10 mins to firm up.
