- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup ketchup divided
- 1 packet onion soup mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ½ cup ketchup, and onion soup mix. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the center of the prepared sheet pan.
- Spread the remaining ¼ cup ketchup evenly over the top.
