- ▢ 1 lb. ground beef
- ▢ 1 packet taco seasoning
- ▢ 1 tube Pillsbury Classic Pizza Dough
- ▢ 5 cheddar cheese sticks, halved
- ▢ Sour cream, optional, for dipping
- ▢ guacamole, optional, for dipping
- ▢ salsa , optional, for dipping
Instructions
- Cook 1 pound taco meat w/ taco seasoning
- Roll out 1 tube Pillsbury pizza dough and cut it in half lengthwise, then cut across 4 times to create eight rectangular squares of dough.
- Place tablespoon of taco meat and a half stick of cheddar cheese on each.
- Fold in the top and bottom of the dough, then fold together like a burrito.
- Bake in the oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bottoms.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
