Wholemeal sourdough bread

1 slice(s), (1 x 40g slice), toasted

Avocado

¼ medium, sliced

Boiled egg(s)

1 medium, sliced

Dried chilli flakes

1 pinch, optional

Instructions

Arrange sliced egg on top and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chilli.

Top toast with avocado slices and gently mash with a fork.
