
Weight Watchers Mason Jar Salads

If you are not making mason jar salads, start now. Super easy and convenient. The ingredient instructions are what you need to make one jar!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Garden Lite Italian dressing (1 point)
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon of grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon pecorino romano cheese,
- 1 handful of chopped red pepper
- 1 small handful of halved grape tomatoes
Instructions
- I put everything on top of green leaf lettuce that I purchased washed and ready to eat. I cut in ribbons. The container of lettuce is just perfect for 5 jars.
- When making them start with dressing, add hard ingredients that will not get soggy, then other veggies, then lettuce.
- Have fun. Mine last easily a week, but rarely are they in the fridge that long.
They come together even faster if you use bagged, pre-chopped lettuce. When you are ready to dig in just, give it a shake, and dig in. And any combination of veggies and protein works nicely here.
These also make a great lunch or side for a meal.
