Ingredients
1/2X1X2X
Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings
chili crisp and sesame seeds for garnish
1 pound ground pork
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 cup sliced green onions, plus more for garnish
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
6 to 8 wonton wrappers
1/2 cup water
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine pork, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, and green onions in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a 9×9-inch or 8×10-inch baking dish, spread half the pork mixture into an even layer. Lay half of wonton wrappers evenly over pork, then spread remaining pork mixture over wonton.
- Add water to the dish, and lay remaining wonton wrappers over. Press the top layer of wonton wrappers down to submerge them in water.
- Fill a 9×13-inch baking dish about halfway with hot water. Place dumpling lasagna dish into the 9×13. Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pork is cooked, 15 to 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
- Serve with chili crisp, green onions, and sesame seeds.
