1 Large mixing bowl
1 Mixing spoon
INGREDIENTS 1x2x3x
- 1 Box Box Kodiak up Muffin Mix I used Double Chocolate for this recipe
- 1 Bottle Bottle Core Power Elite Pre-Made Protein Shake I used chocolate for this recipe
- 1 5.3 oz. Ratio Protein Yogurt I used vanilla for this recipe
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease or line a muffin tin.
- Add all three ingredients to mix bowl.
- Stir until just combined – don’t overmix.
- Add mixture to muffin tin, dividing evenly between 12 muffins (it’s ok if they are pretty full, they won’t rise a ton).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
