- Taco Flour Tortillas
- 1 tortilla s
- Fat free Cottage Cheese
- 1 oz
Instructions
- Lightly spray both sides of the tortilla with cooking spray. drape a tortilla in a cooking safe bowl.
- Mix eggs, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, pico, spinach. Pour mixture into the tortilla shell in the bowl.
- Bake on 375 for about 30 minutes or until the egg is cooked through.
