WW Low-Point Zero-Point Fatbomb Fluff

Ingredients:

1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Stevia or other zero-calorie sweetener, to taste

Fresh berries or other fruit for serving (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Base:

In a mixing bowl, combine fat-free Greek yogurt and unsweetened almond milk. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add Seeds and Extracts:

Stir in chia seeds, flaxseed meal, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). These ingredients will add thickness and flavor to the fluff.
