These Italian summer sammies are the perfect thing to snack on by the pool or beach once the weather starts warming up. These pinwheels are just the thing to hit the spot. Not to mention they’re super easy to make and absolutely delicious, too.
Feel free to add some extras or take some things away. This recipe is super customizable and can be adjusted to suit anyone’s preferences. Spending all day in the sun sure does build up an appetite. You’ll be so happy you have these to satisfy that hunger and spend as much time enjoying the day as possible.

Ingredients (4 servings)
- 4 low-carb tortillas (50–80 calories each)
- 4 oz fat-free or light cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp light Italian dressing
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 slices turkey pepperoni
- 8 slices extra lean turkey ham
- 4 oz grilled chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup sliced cucumber
- ½ cup roasted red peppers
- ¼ cup banana peppers (optional)
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer with turkey pepperoni, turkey ham, grilled chicken, vegetables, and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and slice into pinwheels, or serve whole as a wrap.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
WW Tip: Replace traditional salami and pepperoni with turkey versions to keep the classic Italian flavor while lowering the points.
