- 500 grams REAL egg whites.
- 200 grams chobani plain nonfat Greek yogurt. 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 chopped onion.
- Very small spray of avocado oil
- Add seasoning to veggies to taste
Instructions
- 500 grams REAL egg whites.
- 200 grams chobani plain nonfat Greek yogurt. Whisk together.
- Sautee 1 cup chopped broccoli, 2 chopped bell peppers, 1/2 chopped onion. Very small spray of avocado oil in the pan and in the 13×9 pan.
- Add seasoning to veggies to taste as they’re sauteeing.
- Move veggies to 13×9 pan. Then pour over the egg whites and yogurt mixture. Bake at 325 for 25 min.
