This Zero point very veggie casserole is just 77 calories and 13g protein per serving it makes six servings!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams REAL egg whites.
  • 200 grams chobani plain nonfat Greek yogurt. 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 chopped onion.
  • Very small spray of  avocado oil
  • Add seasoning to veggies to taste

Instructions

  1. 500 grams REAL egg whites.
  2. 200 grams chobani plain nonfat Greek yogurt. Whisk together.
  3. Sautee 1 cup chopped broccoli, 2 chopped bell peppers, 1/2 chopped onion. Very small spray of avocado oil in the pan and in the 13×9 pan.
  4. Add seasoning to veggies to taste as they’re sauteeing.
  5. Move veggies to 13×9 pan. Then pour over the egg whites and yogurt mixture. Bake at 325 for 25 min.
