Instructions
- •boil brussels sprouts for 10 minutes or until soft
- •drain and rinse with cold water until they are cool
- •Pat them dry with a paper towel
- •using back of cup, smash them until flat
- •toss with avocado oil, salt, garlic powder and smoked paprika
- •air fry at 400 for 10 minutes, flip and fry for another 5
- •serve with spicy bomba aioli (mix mayo with bomba sauce)
