Jelly Filled Cinnamon Oat Bars

Serves 9 – 3 weight watchers points each


  • 2 cups of oats I use Quaker Whole Grain Old Fashioned
  • ½ cup Self Rising Flour
  • 1 cup of mashed banana 2 ripe
  • ¼ cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp of Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Sugar Replacement I use Lakanto Monkfruit
  • 4 Tbsp Peach Fruit Spread I used Trader Joe’s Organic Peach Fruit Spread


  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease 8.5×4.5 loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed banana, milk, sweetener, whisk in flour & cinnamon, fold in oats. Spread ½ mixture in bottom of pan, add fruit spread, spread evenly, leave a little of batter showing around edge. Top with remaining batter, I spooned it over, then gently spread to edge of pan. Bake 30 minutes, let rest in pan 5 minutes, remove to cool.
  3. Tag & Bag separately, store in fridge. Reheat in microwave 10-12 seconds to soften.
