
These turned out SO good. They don’t taste like your standard cinnamon roll, but for being 2 points I think they’re pretty dang good!

Skinny cinnamon rolls Recipe (makes 12):
Rolls-
•2 ingredient dough (2 cups self rising flour, 2 cups Greek yogurt)
•Roll out into 12 strips
•Spray some coconut oil, or can’t believe it’s not butter spray onto each strip generously
•Sprinkle cinnamon, and your choice of sweetener (I used swerve powdered sugar)
•Roll up, and set onto an oiled pan
•Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
Glaze-
•1 cup greek yogurt
•A splash of vanilla
•1/4 cup your choice of sweetener (I used swerve powdered sugar)
•Add a few dashes of cinnamon
•Mix, and put onto cinnamon rolls fresh out of oven
Approximately 105 calories each depending on how much glaze you put on top! The roll alone is 100, and I put about 1 spoonful of glaze on top.
