Overnight Oats that taste like apple pie
the entire recipe is three weight watchers points

she was inspired to create this thanks to chef allie’s kitchen and made a few tweaks to get the weight watchers points down to three!

1/2 Cup Quick oats
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Pinch Salt
1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 Apple slices
2 TBSP Fat free Reddi Whip
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1. In a container add the oats, or vanilla extract, salt and unsweetened almond milk.
2. Mix until combined.
3. Add the nonfat Greek yogurt
4.slice Apple sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and nuke in the microwave to soften. when you take them out mix them up and add to the container.
Put in the refrigerator over night.
4. in the morning Garnish with the whipped cream and cinnamon.
