Finally a ricotta pie I can sink my teeth into –guilt free -the entire pie is six points or one weight watchers point per slice!
Ingredients
1/4 cup Fat free ricotta
1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
4 Sprays of olive oil cooking spray
1/2 fresh garlic clove
1 Joseph lavash flat bread
1/2 cup broccoli
4 sprays I can’t believe it’s not butter spray
Directions
I sprayed the entire lavash bread with olive oil spray
Then I mixed 1/4 cup ricotta and 1/4 cup fat free mozzarella seasoned to my taste and spread it on the entire bread then added the broccoli
Then sprayed I can’t believe it’s not butter on top
Cook on 350 degrees for 15 minutes
