The Cottage Cheese Flatbread Crust Recipe totally works! I’m topping this with all sorts of goodies like tomato sauce low fat cheese for a carb-friendly, Weight Watchers-approved take on pizza.
I made it yesterday. It reminded me of a thin quiche. Next time I think I might try to spread it thinner. The best part this is that a giant serving has zero Weight Watchers points.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender
- Spread on parchment paper spritzed with some cooking spray
- Bake 350 for 40 minutes moving top rack to bottom rack every 15 minutes
- Let cool
