The Cottage Cheese Flatbread Crust Recipe totally works! I’m topping this with all sorts of goodies like tomato sauce low fat cheese for a carb-friendly, Weight Watchers-approved take on pizza.

I made it yesterday. It reminded me of a thin quiche. Next time I think I might try to spread it thinner. The best part this is that a giant serving has zero Weight Watchers points.

Here is everything you need. Thanks Twila 


  • 1 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Cooking spray


  • Put all ingredients in a blender
  • Spread on parchment paper spritzed with some cooking spray
  • Bake 350 for 40 minutes moving top rack to bottom rack every 15 minutes
  • Let cool
