Chocolate Butternut Squash Brownies.

1 point    Baked in square pan and cut in to 12 pieces, each piece is just 1 point according to WW app


  • Mashed butternut squash
  • 1 cup s
  • Cassava flour
  • 1/4 cup s
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup s
  • Truvia Sweet complete brown calorie free sweetener
  • 1/2 cup s
  • Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup s
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
  • Baking powder
  • 1 tsp
  • Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp


  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line square 1 glass baking pan with parchment, and spray it lightly with oil.
  2. 1 Peel and cook (or bake) butternut squash till soft, and set aside to cool off
  3. 2 completely (doing this ahead of time, or the day prior is a good idea). Mush it till smooth.
  4. 3 Mix all of the ingredients until completely combined. I just used a spoon.
  5. 4 Pour the mixture into the baking pan and smooth the top with a spoon.
  6. 5 Bake for about 30 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean.
