Ingredients
- Mashed butternut squash
- 1 cup s
- Cassava flour
- 1/4 cup s
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup s
- Truvia Sweet complete brown calorie free sweetener
- 1/2 cup s
- Unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup s
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp
- Baking powder
- 1 tsp
- Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line square 1 glass baking pan with parchment, and spray it lightly with oil.
- 1 Peel and cook (or bake) butternut squash till soft, and set aside to cool off
- 2 completely (doing this ahead of time, or the day prior is a good idea). Mush it till smooth.
- 3 Mix all of the ingredients until completely combined. I just used a spoon.
- 4 Pour the mixture into the baking pan and smooth the top with a spoon.
- 5 Bake for about 30 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean.
