half a cup of fat-free cottage cheese
frozen fruit mixed berries with blackberries raspberries and blueberries
powdered sweetener Splenda
Directions
I put a half a cup of fat-free cottage cheese in a bowl I put frozen fruit on top and I sprinkle with a little bit of powdered sweetener. I use Splenda and I like the mixed berries with blackberries raspberries and blueberries.
I put a lid on it and put it in my refrigerator overnight and in the morning the frozen fruit has thawed and created a juice.
I mix it all together and it’s sweet, creamy and fruity and packed with protein so I stay full for a long time.
Here’s what it looks like in the morning.
I find frozen fruit works best and I sometimes on Sunday night will make five of them up and put them in my fridge for every morning of the week before work.
