Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Donut Cakes

Weight Watchers points breakdown: three points each on Weight Watchers Blue and Purple plans and four points each on WW GREEN!

Ingredients

  • Donuts
  • 1 ¼ c kodiakcakes Dark a chocolate Waffle Mix
  • 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar Replacement
  • ¼ c Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ c Water
  • Frosting
  • 103 g Fat Free Whipped Topping
  • 1 oz Peanut Powder I used peanutbutterco Vanilla flavor
  • 1 tbsp Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ tbsp Water
  • 34 gm Lily’s Chocolate Chips
  • Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and spray your donut molds
  2. – In a bowl mix together all donut ingredients until evenly blended
  3. – Divide evenly into 6 donut molds and put in the oven for ~20 minutes
  4. – While your donuts are baking, mix together your frosting ingredients until evenly blended
  5. – Once donuts cool, frost and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Don’t have donut molds? That’s ok – use a cupcake tray! Recipe yields 9. Tip: For frosting, easiest method is to pipe – just put ingredients in a sandwich bag and cut off the tip of one of the corners!
