Cottage Cheese Orange Creamsicle Protein Bowl

With sugar free orange Jello, cottage cheese and yogurt, this protein bowl is a healthy, high protein, low fat, gluten free afternoon treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 2/3 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar free orange gelatin mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia
  • 1 tablespoon low fat milk

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Spoon into two bowls and eat.

Notes

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: I doubled the recipe just to make it easier to blend in a small blender to get it smooth. It would not blend with half a recipe, there just wasn’t enough food to push around the blades.

USE ANY FLAVOR JELLO MIX AND JUST COTTAGE CHEESE!  IT WILL ALSO TURN OUT TERRIFIC!
