Cilantro Lime Chicken Recipe Weight Watchers Friendly

This Cilantro Lime Chicken is simple to make and is only 2 Weight Watchers points per serving! Chicken breast and lots of simple flavors make this chicken dish an easy weeknight meal. Cilantro Lime Chicken is a great recipe that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts Cubes
  • 1/4 cup lime juice or juice of 2 fresh limes
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil on medium in a large skillet.
  2. Add garlic and brown for approx 2 minutes
  3. Add chicken and cook until no pink shows or 145 degrees.
  4. Reduce heat and add lime juice.
  5. Sprinkle with Cumin and Chili Powder.
  6. Toss the chicken and allow to cook until juice starts to reduce.
  7. Sprinkle with Cilantro.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
