Two points each on Weight Watchers Blue
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 11/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 11/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup fat free cheddar
- 1 cup fat free mozzarella
- 1 tbsp Italian seasonings
Instructions
- -Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- -Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and yogurt to create a dough base. It will be sticky. Once in a ball form, kneed for about 15 flips of the dough ball.
- -Lay the dough on a flat surface that has been sprinkled with flour. Work into a rectangle about 12″ x 9″.
- -Mix the oil and garlic and brush over the entire surface of the dough.
- -Add the cheeses to cover the surface and sprinkle with the seasonings.
- -Bake for 15 minutes-or until the edges are golden and the cheeses are melted. Slice and serve
