Easy Cheesy Breadsticks – Two points each on Weight Watchers

Two points each on Weight Watchers Blue

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 11/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 11/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup fat free cheddar
  • 1 cup fat free mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasonings

Instructions

  1. -Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. -Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and yogurt to create a dough base. It will be sticky. Once in a ball form, kneed for about 15 flips of the dough ball.
  3. -Lay the dough on a flat surface that has been sprinkled with flour. Work into a rectangle about 12″ x 9″.
  4. -Mix the oil and garlic and brush over the entire surface of the dough.
  5. -Add the cheeses to cover the surface and sprinkle with the seasonings.
  6. -Bake for 15 minutes-or until the edges are golden and the cheeses are melted. Slice and serve
