Full of chopped tomatoes, onions, and cilantro, this guacamole is loaded with flavor and texture and will make a yummy upgrade to add to your favorite Mexican dishes. Hot sauce gives this rendition its heat but if you’d like more kick stir in some finely minced jalapeño as well.
Feel free to serve this with the usual suspects like 6 tostito chips for two points. tacos, burritos and raw veggies. or on slices of whole grain bread to make avocado toast. It’s best served immediately but if you need to mix-it up a few hours in advance place plastic wrap directly on the guacamole to prevent browning.

Ingredients
Avocado
1 item(s), medium, halved, pitted, and peeled
Tomato
1 small, seeded and chopped
1 cucumber chopped
1 can corn
Cilantro
¼ cup(s), fresh, chopped
Unsweetened lime juice
1½ Tbsp, or lemon juice
Onion
¼ cup(s), chopped, fresh, finely chopped
Table salt
½ tsp
Black pepper
¼ tsp
Hot pepper sauce
⅛ tsp
Instructions

cut up the avocados in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Serve at once or press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface to prevent the guacamole from browning. Refrigerate up to 3 hours. Yields 2 tablespoons per serving.
